Shipping Info and Rates:

Most orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer may take a little longer. If an item will take longer than 5-7 days to ship, the estimated ship time will be noted in the description.

Stella Maternity is located in Blue Ridge,GA. We ship most of our orders via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. USPS Priority Mail generally has a transit time of 2-3 days once the order has shipped. The map below provides approximate UPS transit time once your order has shipped. We also offer 2 day express shipping for an additional charge. Items dropshipped from the manufacturer may also be shipped using carriers. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii as well as shipments to P.O. Boxes are shipped USPS.

International Shipping Policy:
All orders to Canada are shipped by USPS International for a flat rate of $24.95. We also ship USPS International to the following countries: Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Venezuela for a flat rate of $39.95. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all brokerage fees, taxes, custom charges and duty fees. Free shipping offer is not available for orders shipped internationally. Please note that international orders may take longer to ship from our warehouse.

An order can not be canceled once it has shipped to you. If the order has shipped and is refused, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees, a 20% restocking fee and will receive store credit only.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates.

Transfer of risk and title:
Once an order ships it becomes pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that once Stella Maternity passes your items on to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title becomes your responsibility. In the unlikely event that a package is lost, we will work with you to resolve the situation but ultimately the resolution is between you and the shipping company.

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached. Please contact us at returns@stellamaternity.com for a return authorization number. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the package and mail insured to:

Once we receive the return, we will process your refund. If you need to return an order that qualified for free shipping, and the total order amount goes under $150.00, the normal shipping charge of $11.95 will be deducted from your refund. Refunds can only be processed to the same credit card used for your purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. International orders can be returned for store credit only.

Sale items and items received as gifts are eligible for store credit only, no exceptions. Swimwear, bodysuits, delivery gowns and nursing bras are returnable for store credit only and must be unworn with the tags attached. Diaper bags are also returnable for exchange or store credit only. Clearance items are final sale and will be noted as "clearance sale" in the item description. Other final sale items include: Gift certificates, undergarments (including tights and hose), skin care, crib bedding, wedding dresses and special order items. Special order items will be noted in the item description. Items that appear to be worn, laundered, stained (including deodorant stains) or have strong odors are not resalable and will not be accepted for return. Items returned without a return authorization number or after the 14 day return period will be eligible for store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Items returned after 30 days will be returned to you at your expense, without exception.

Due to limited inventory on select items, the best way to make an exchange is to place an order for the item you want and return the unwanted item. You will be charged for the new item when it ships and you will be refunded for the unwanted item when we receive it back. If you choose to include a note with your return requesting an exchange, you will be responsible for the exchange shipping charges.

Stella Maternity is not responsible for items damaged during washing or dry cleaning or the fit of an item after the 14 day return period. Please make sure to insure your return as we are not responsible for damages or lost packages when returning items.

1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We are not able to accept checks or money orders at this time.

2. What size maternity clothes should I buy?
Maternity clothes are cut to accommodate your changing figure. In most cases you should order the same size you wore before you were pregnant. Please see our sizing information section for detailed sizing charts.

3. How can I contact you?

4. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on most items within 14 days after you receive your order. We require you contact us to request a return authorization number. Please see our return policy for complete return information.

5. Can I cancel an order?
Most orders can be canceled before they are shipped. An order can not be canceled once it has shipped to you. If the order has shipped and is refused the customer will be responsible for shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. Special order items (such as crib bedding and nursery decor) must be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order due to the detail taken to make these items. Special order items will be noted in the item description.

6. When will my order ship?

7. When will my credit card be charged?
For most items your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Special order items and items that ship directly from the manufacturer (such as crib bedding and nursery decor) must be paid in full upon placing your order. Special order items will be noted in the item description.

8. Will I pay sales tax?
Sales tax of 7% will only be charged to orders shipping to an address in Georgia. All orders shipped outside of Georgia will not be subject to sales tax.

9. Do you have a printed catalog?
Due to our inventory always changing and new items constantly arriving, we can not offer a printed catalog. All of our items for sale can be viewed online.

10. Do you offer gift wrap?
Stella Maternity can gift wrap most orders for a charge of $4.95 per order. You may include a gift message with your order. This process is done at checkout. Oversize items, such as crib bedding sets and items that are dropshipped from the manufacturer are not available for gift wrapping.
