Pregnancy puts a lot of pressure on the belly that sometimes the muscles in front can’t keep their shape.

Diastasis recti happens when the pressure becomes too much and the abdominal muscles separate.

This is a common condition that affects about two thirds of pregnant women.  If you do have Diastasis recti, you will need to modify your exercise routine until the condition heals.  Certain exercises can actually make the separation worse.  Watch the video to learn more!
