Every Wednesday we will highlight an effective pregnancy or post pregnancy workout.
This week we are highlighting Lindsay Brin's Core #1 workout video from her "30 Day Post-Natal Core Stabilization Workout."
Core #1 is the starting point of getting your abs back in shape after pregnancy. This is the perfect workout to help train your pelvic floor and transverse abdominis muscles, which will help to re-align your spine and flatten your tummy. This easy to follow post pregnancy ab workout is just 8 minutes long, but is super effective for building up your core strength. Do this exercise every other day for fast results. As always, consult with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
