This week we are bringing you the Heidi Klum Prenatal Workout!

This quick, yet effective, prenatal workout was designed by celebrity trainer Andrea Orbeck.  Andrea helped Heidi Klum stay in shape during her pregnancies.  Staying fit during pregnancy will really help you bounce back after having the baby.   This prenatal workout uses light weights to help you stay strong and fit.  Press play on the video below and work it out Mama!
