This week we are bringing you an effective and safe toning pregnancy workout designed for the 1st and 2nd trimesters. The video is Denise Austin's 2nd trimester workout routine from her "Fit & Firm Pregnancy" DVD.
This is a 20 minute, low-impact total body pre-natal workout! Designed to prepare you for the birth of your baby by strengthening your core, stabilizing your spine, burn calories safely, relax the lower back, increase circulation and sculpt your body from head to toe! Denise will help you focus your breathing, exercise the pelvic floor muscles, lift the chest, tone the hips thighs and butt, and work the abdominals to strengthen all of the muscles surrounding the torso and better support the baby.
